ABOUT ME

ERIN Meza

I’m an award-winning Creative Director with a focus on narrative-led brand storytelling and campaign development. I specialize in turning complex ideas into clear, compelling creative platforms that resonate emotionally and scale across channels.

My background spans brand, video, immersive, and digital experiences, and I’m known for bringing clarity to ambiguous creative environments. I work best at the intersection of imagination and structure, shaping strong creative direction while guiding teams through complexity with confidence and care.

I’ve led and mentored cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and brand, helping creative work move from concept to execution with alignment and purpose. My approach blends strategic thinking with strong creative instincts, ensuring ideas are not only ambitious, but executable and cohesive.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building creative cultures rooted in trust, candor, and shared ownership. I believe the best work happens when teams feel supported, expectations are clear, and storytelling stays human.

I’ve partnered with global brands including Meta, Sonos, Microsoft, Mercedes-Benz, NFL Network, P&G, P.F. Chang’s, and T-Mobile to deliver work that balances craft, consistency, and business impact.

RECENT WORK

Over the past year, I contributed to work published within the Meta Horizon ecosystem, supporting the launch of new VR environments showcased at Meta Connect 2025. As an Art Producer, I worked closely with internal creative teams and external vendors to guide 3D workflows, manage complex asset pipelines, and keep immersive production moving from concept through release.

This experience deepened my understanding of how creative direction, production systems, and collaboration come together inside large-scale VR products, and continues to inform how I build clarity, alignment, and quality in emerging creative spaces.
