CREATIVE STORYTELLING AT SCALE

This work focused on enabling consistent, high-quality storytelling across Facebook Gaming’s partner ecosystem by building the creative frameworks, workflows, and support systems needed to scale without losing authenticity.

As Facebook Gaming expanded globally, creators and partners needed clear guidance, creative alignment, and flexible structures that respected individual voices while reinforcing brand consistency. I worked closely with cross-functional partners across creative, marketing, and partnerships to help translate brand identity into practical, creator-friendly frameworks that supported storytelling across platforms and formats.

 

The initiative centered on designing systems that empowered partners to produce on-brand content with confidence. This included establishing creative guidelines, refining review processes, and helping align expectations across internal teams and external collaborators. The goal was not control, but clarity—giving creators the tools and direction they needed to do their best work while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.

 

This work reflects my approach to creative leadership at scale: balancing imagination with structure, and building environments where creativity can thrive without friction. By focusing on alignment, communication, and creative intent, the program helped strengthen Facebook Gaming’s storytelling ecosystem and support sustainable creative output across a diverse global community.
